Parisian Chic: A Style Guide by Ines de la Fressange – Waterstones (gifted)

Remember a while back I mentioned that I was Paris bound?  Well, the day has come and I am scrappling around amidst piles of (clean at least) washing and trying to pull 5 looks together in an orderly fashion.

Seems like perhaps I should have read my Christmas literature pre-Paris – ‘Traveling is a serious business’ after all and I could probably use all the tips I can get!  I don’t think the Animal holdall is gonna cut it in Paris…  Apparantly 2 small (black, naturellement) trolley cases are preferable for the chic woman.  Here’s hoping I can be Parisian style savvy by the time I get home!

The essentials are ready at least; the Mac and her new travelling partner, a Rebecca Minkoff case via ShopBop, and of course the Nikon.  Fingers crossed I get time to use them!  Don’t worry though, I’ve got some looks lined up for you while I’m gone.x

P.S.  Remember a while back I got a Marc Jacobs laptop case?  I loved it but a smart girl wouldn’t guess the size of her laptop and consequently order the wrong size only to return it and for the right size to be out of stock.  Would she?
