I first put a cropped black blazer with this look but then when I added my shades too, coupled with the black skinnies and the shirt and the gloves, I just saw Karl.  I love Karl I really do but I don’t think he looked good on me!  Quick change to this coat – completely different.  You probably can’t even see it in these shots but I tore the lining out the sleeves and they look so much better when I cuff them now.  And you know my obsession with turning every hem I can, so I am a little smug with myself that such a small change makes such a big difference (to me anyway!).

Speaking of coats…  can you see how Mr K’s all funky looking?  His coat’s falling out in clumps right now – yep, right during the coldest weeks we’ve had since last winter.  It might be super sunny in these shots but I kid you not, it was about 4 degrees.  This dog’s got winter and summer all mixed up!
