An ode to leather

cardigan – H&M (last worn here)
open back tee – Zara (on sale!)
leather short – TopShop (similar here on sale!)
sandal – Warehouse
aviator – H&M, watch – Michael Kors, bracelet – Reiss

coat – model’s own c/o Infindigo

Leather you are pricey, but you are so nicey
We seek you in the sale, so the bank card does not wail
Imitations will not do, only you real leather only you

And that’s all I have to say about that. In other news I think I have discovered the key to perfect beach hair. Because I’m sure you’re dying to know how I achieved this mop, here are my top tips… Take (3, shhh…) day old hair that’s been worn in a twisty bun for some time. Spritz roots with dry shampoo (I love Batiste for brunettes). Travel to the windiest beach you can find, ideally so windy that the sea spray whips you in the face. Unleash the mane. Tada!

Phenomenal poem Wendy!! Really quite a piece ; )!! Gorgeous photos – so so pretty where you are – are we completely missing out on the gorgeous weather in Scotland? Today I learn another thing about you and me.. you rhyme better than me ;D! I have better hair when I am on a beach vacay and I tried spritzing some salt water on my hair to achieve the same look but it didn’t do the work
