I happened to find myself in Reiss this weekend – well, the husband will play golf… As chance would have it there lay within the rather charming Jacob. I’d had my eye on Jacob for some time but with a generous sale ticket he became irresistible. £139 down to £41. You do the maths = £98 saving. That’s a lot of saving and the husband always says we should be saving…
Little does he know that with Jacob in tow I’ll be saving all over the place because, although very beautiful, he is tiny. There is no room for my purse. Nor my hairbrush or other menial essentials. But the minaudiere’s* mission is not one of practicality but rather one of beauty and in that, well, Jacob is in a league of his own.
