I guess it’s appropriate, although unintentional, that one year on I should be wearing the exact same playsuit I wore in my very first post, albeit styled differently. It just goes to show that there’s a very good reason I should continue to hoard and increase the huge pile (ok, 3 piles) of floordrobe that has evolved like a Tracy Emin installation in the bedroom. I wear it all… eventually.
In an effort to make the suit more work-friendly I added the classic oxford shirt. Usually I spend my working day at my desk with my friend (let’s call him Mr MacBook). This day I spent it on the floor trimming fabric with the sun blazing through the window creating something a bit like what mean kids do to ants with magnifying glasses – if the ants were sporting layers. Not ideal. (Maybe that’s why I’m scratching my head in the last shot?). Can’t win ‘em all!
