Impractical choices and why I made them

It’s not exactly practical to wear suede boots in the snow.  This I know.  But I have a process.

As the blog grew and life got busier it became far from easy to slot photoshoots in here and there throughout the week.  The solution became to wait for the weekend, check back on Instagram to see which looks proved popular, and shoot them, all together, on the weekend.  Easy.

And then it snowed.  All weekend.

And I’m that girl, skating around in heels in the snow like an amateur.  The one people are smirking at.  As if it’s not weird enough that I’m standing in the street with a huge camera and a grumpy husband taking a hundred shots of my clothes.  You can see how thick and fast that snow was coming – MrK’s virtually wearing a snow blanket (of course he loved it).

So there we have it – what I wore but not really when I wore it.  An impractical choice and why I made it.  Otherwise you’d be having three posts this week, of me, wearing a snow suit.  Do any of you guys have these problems?!
