You can see how wet the ground is in these shots and now all that water is ice.  There was a brief day of full on snow and then it melted and then it froze.  And so it begins!  Me and Mr K skating round the park and sliding down the front steps.  I’m not complaining though – I love the snow even if it’s making me pine for a ski holiday even more.

I piled on the grey for a cosy walk at the weekend and in uncharacteristic style, I chose silver jewellery.  The shock, I know, I know.  Grey’s just the only colour that I really don’t think goes with gold.  Sad face.  It does give me the opporchancity (that’s one of my Dad’s words) to wear these cute pendants though – the heart opens up and I have a tiny silver funnel to fill it with perfume.  Pretty cool right?  Have I ever actually filled it with perfume?  Nope.  But if I did I’d probably put my current fav, Marc Jacobs’ Lola, in there!
