I found one!  It didn’t just stumble into my closet by accident – this has been a month long search for the perfect plaid.  There have been 2 versions bought and returned and there may have been a day when I felt I needed one so bad I wore the husband’s – he was not impressed.  Why is it that women’s plaid seems to be printed with tiny flowers under the cuffs and collar?  From someone who habitually cuffs everything I would like the record to show that tiny flowers are not acceptable in those places (or anywhere) – as Fi says ‘Wendy doesn’t do ditsy’.  So, it’s a man shirt – no ditsy and only £9.99 in store but, curiously, double online.

A weekend of wedding dress shopping with friends – not for mine obviously but if it was, I found the one.  It’ll be a tough choice though for the girl who looks gorgeous in every gown she puts on!  And family time on Sunday – watching my niece and nephew play fetch with Mr.K melts my heart.x

P.S.  My dress shopping friends will realise that I wore this on Saturday and then again on Sunday.  I’m ok with that.  I’m not wearing it today though, promise.  Well, maybe the shirt…
