Let’s begin Saturday a fortnight ago when I wore this exact look but with my black skinny pants for date night with the husband. It was a glorious treat of Thai food followed by the Batman movie (it also happened to be Jacob’s first outing and, because of his colour theme, I renamed him ‘Bat-bag’). Then I wore this again last Saturday for drinks with friends. And maybe a couple of times with the black pants and flat sandals during this week… and last.
Anyway last night I dropped sushi soy on my shirt and so now, for the moment, this must end. Fear not friends… I have more than one denim shirt in my closet.
I split the office opinion 50/50 with my half shirt tuck. 50% ridiculed me for looking like I ‘didn’t tuck in properly after a toilet visit’ and the other 50% deemed it ‘cool’. Naturally I thought it was cool and am resolutely sticking with the half-tuck just to annoy the other 50%. I’m smirking just thinking about it.
In other news we’re off to a wedding this weekend and I have a ridiculously large hat. Hope you all have a good one!
