The H in Wendy H Gilmour is for Hunter – my maiden name which I never had the heart to leave behind (I am the last one in this line after all). It seems therefore only fitting that I should own at least one pair of Hunter boots, no? Hello Mr Regent Clarence, would you be kind enough, Sir, to accompany me on rainy dog walks?
And as of course for every yin there shall be a yang… the lady shoe. Multi-textured and a shade of burgundy which tones so nicely with the new coat.
The boots are a great practical purchase, but I love those heels, so pretty! 🙂

Agreed, I used to have a pair of Gucci riding boots on loan for a friend but when they eventually left me I missed them 🙁 Happy to have these instead now 🙂

I admittedly often think that Hunter wellies (just the rubber boots with the label) are a bit overpriced for just being…. rubber boots. But those are some GORGEOUS boots (and heels!).
Perhaps they are more expensive but I can say now that I have a pair that the quality is excellent. I will be roadtesting to the max with all my rainy dog walks…
