Yesterday morning I woke up to the news that Thankfifi has been nominated in the Scottish Fashion Awards for Communicator of the Year 2013. I am so completely gobsmacked to be sitting amongst a group of nominees including fashion editor of The Times, features director of net-a-porter and many other incredibly talented Scots.
We’ll have to wait until October for the awards which should give me plenty of time to freak out about what to wear and try to impress the judges (geez, just take a look at that list).
I am so honoured to be recognised at this level and in my home country – thank you Scottish Fashion Awards.
