April. When the only place you can wear your summer dress is on the couch…
Actually I wore it out to dinner one day last week but I’m too comfortable and it’s too cold to shoot anywhere but right here right now. I threw on a leather jacket for warmth and then actually wound up adding a coat on top of that before I left the house.
So don’t mind me if I just go ahead and decorate my entire home with the exact purpose of being able to shoot fashion indoors from now on…
In other news this room is slowly beginning to come together with the new sofa in place, boy, am I loving that green velvet (I know what you’re thinking – solid choice with two dogs and a baby – I agree). But genuinely I thought the price was not bad at all for a really beautiful piece and I noticed they have free delivery right now which would save you a bit too. I managed to get mine on a sale weekend at the start of the year and the delivery took so looooong but he was worth the wait. Also, La Redoute have 40% off everything right now so if you’re in the market for this rug, now is the time my friends, now is the time.

That is such a beautiful dress, I love the toughness of the leather boots and jacket with it. I don’t know how you shoot in the cold! You take such beautiful indoor pics too it’s a good idea so you can stay cosy and warm! 🙂 We have the opposite here, it’s autumn but still feeling very summer-like, haha! I want to wear all my cosy knits already!
