When it’s almost coat weather but just not quite… a trench with no sleeves for 20 bucks does the job rather nicely.  It looked even better flying behind me as I rode my Nextbike into town (People Make Glasgow, didn’t you know?) but the logistics of getting that shot, when my photographer is also on a Nextbike, were dangerously not…
