A weekend in oldest England, and a visit to a nine hundred year old freehouse, with the oldest of friends, not 900 years old… but since we were three years old. We might have been a little slow off the festive mark this year, spending the first half of December on the beach, but with the arrival of a ten foot tree this weekend (yep, ten foot, took five pairs of hands to get it through the netting machine) and three hundred lights, it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.…
