Rich penguins. Baboom-ch! And today’s look.
I wore this Sunday for a trip to Ikea, a very windy day and, of course, dog walks. There’s something about high-low hems that have completely won me over. I’ve been a fan for a while, before they were so readily available I constructed my own – see here. Loving this ShopAkira one because the chiffon back really moves in the breeze – love it so much I convinced the husband to make us a nice animated gif. which you can see at the end of the post – tell me what you think!
P.S. The very astute amongst you may notice that Mr K has a bandage on one of his feet. He burnt it. Perhaps he was cooking whilst we were out Sat night – we will never know. But he’s ok. His bandage is off now and he’s a happy chappy.
haha, if only i looked that glamorous on dog walks! you look great, the t-shirt looks particularly comfy 🙂
It is so comfy! It’s easy to scrub up ok on a dog walk when the sun’s out – the rainy ones are another matter…
Ha ha, really LOVE that moving picture! So creative! What a fabulous look. LOVE the chic touch with that animal print scarf!

I AM A FAN OF THIS KIND OF OUTFIT, MAYBE NOT WITH THAT SHOES (NO, AT MY AGE PEOPLE MIGHT THINK I BORROWED MY SONS’ SUPRA!) BUT A PAIR CONVERSE PERHAPS.. POOR MR K, HOPE HE RECOVERS FAST

I was a little dubious about the shoes at first for my age also and I do feel like an 18 year old when I wear them with skinny jeans… but comfort wins out! I much prefer them with a skirt or dress as I’ve worn them previously on here but sometimes, on Sundays, I don’t care!
Your total glam look esp. the animal prints scarf is making me excited for Fall….so CHIC!!

thanks jessica – he was a bit sorry looking for a day or 2 but right as rain now 🙂
I know what Mr K was up to. He burned his foot in the carrot cake baking process, he called me and was in panick but I told him to stay calm!! Then he casually got some bandage and played cool! 🙂
In other news, love the casual chic ensemble that totally makes me crave for these wedge sneakers!! I’ve spotted a red pair in Marc Jacobs but my wallet seems to have second thoughts still. 🙂
we are all laughing so hard right now! you crack me up 🙂
p.s. I know the red sneakers you’re talking about… they are amazing. I bet you’d wear them loads… although perhaps not an item that would last season to season… tough choice!
I love your leopard scarf!! I’ve been looking for one for so long that’s fairly affordable.

I was the same after borrowing a friend’s LV one! A friend kindly directed me towards this unbranded one on ebay 🙂
