Stripes at Sorrento Pier

Fri-yay!  Stripes, a shock, I know… but Australian stripes.

We spent our first couple of days here down the coast on the Mornington Peninsula and geez was it a good way to ease in.  Those ocean blues sure do erase jet lag and some sun and sand time to catch up with our friends was so perfect – tossed a shrimp on the barbie, saw flaming galahs and had an iced coffee Aus style which I’ve been dreaming about for years…  And how gorgeous is Sorrento and this pier?

I’m so excited to be able to share a few home grown brands and designers with you during our trip to Melbourne and of course I had a natural affinity with The Fifth not just for all the stripes (although they help!) but also for the laid back, polished vibe of the brand which was only launched in June this year.  Super easy beach stripes and I’m happy.
