You know when you walk past shiny surfaces and you kinda rock half back on your heel to get a second look at that head of hair that must surely belong to you? Usually follows a trip to the hairdresser. That’s me.
Last week I visited Sassoon Salon in Princes Square where Declan and Sharz literally worked magic on that big ol’ bale of straw atop my head… hello healthy, natural colour, blunt ends and spring curls. I’m so happy to have my brown hair back (with just a hint of spring lightness) that I had to give Declan a hug… and I’m told he’s not a hugger.

I perused the ‘Blow & Style Menu’ and plumped for the ‘curly wave’ which has me sold on getting a wand (they really are…. magic – sorry, couldn’t help it).
And now, I know it’s my hair and I shouldn’t really say this but, just take a look at the colour… I love it. We went for the cooler tones which I am so happy with – waving goodbye to brassy ends was a farewell I didn’t shed a tear over that’s for sure. Cue chuffed face…
