You know I like to cram in as much a possible whenever I travel… but Warsaw for an hour surely takes the prize. Recently I had the slightly wild opportunity to drive 600km from Poland to Lithuania with Anastasia (more on that later) and so we took advantage of our starting point, Warsaw, and visited the old town just for an hour before hitting the road.
I can’t exactly give you a travel guide as my research was hardly comprehensive but I will say it was beautiful, it was cold, it was colourful and I drank one the best hot chocolates of my life. Wearing these sneakers perhaps wasn’t my smartest move although I did at least have the foresight to line them with sheepskin, I was somewhat smug that in spite of leaving my gloves at home I did pick up this beret at the airport and this military coat from Next was an absolute lifesaver

Looking at these pictures, I am so impressed with myself! We are watching Suits and I told Steven ‘stop whatever you are watching, you have to see my photography in Wendy’s post’ (hoping that he’ll get my hint on how to take my pictures :P, to my dissapointment he did’nt though-boys!)…
I loved our time in Warsaw, it was short but sweet, as sweet as was the chocolate we had!
Until next time, and hopefully it will be more than an hour 😉

The beret is just perfect with this outfit! Even though the shoes weren’t the most suitable for the cold they do look nice and practical for a roadtrip! I really like the details on your coat too, what a lovely piece.
Always a good idea to make the most of the time you have – even if it’s only an hour in a new place!
Hope you’re having a wonderful start to the week 🙂
