Sometimes maxis can be a bit tricky. I mean, it’s like am I going to work or am I going to the ball? I tried a couple different tops and settled on the trusty staple of my loose, white shirt (non-ironing crucial to the relaxed feel) and I think it worked out, toning down the dressy element just enough. I fancied myself as Olivia Palermo’s less well-off and less well-known sister and I don’t imagine that would be so bad!
How do you like the new skirt from Jovonna London? I love the uneven hem and can’t wait to wear it again for some event other than work – not that I don’t love my work because I really do but I’m thinking sunset, a beach, a pink cocktail in hand, in fact I’ve been dreaming of holidays a lot recently… go on, make me jealous, tell me your exotic holiday plans…

Elegance and charm should be your middle name! Beautiful and so refined both because of the pleated skirt and the white crisp shirt combo but most of all because you are that person!

You must be really tall to be able to wear this skirt with a pair of flats! I would be sweeping the whole city with my skirt already!
Love the skirt, but being merely 5’3″ I don’t think I’d look as good as you in it

I’m 5’7″ but also the skirt is luckily uneven on the bottom with a shorter lip just where the feet poke out so it stops me from tripping on it

I think you made the perfect choice by pairing that skirt with that top. Love the bag too!
