There may have been a bit of an H&M online shopping spree a couple of weeks back and, yes, it took an inordinate amount of time for the goodies to arrive but they’re for my holidays so I was in no hurry.  Upon tearing into the bag I couldn’t help noticing that I may have developed a bit of a penchant for stripes.  I already own a few stripey items (like this one here) but it seems I craved more.

Whilst prints are all over the highstreet at the moment I have never been a ‘ditsy’ (print at least) kind of girl and I can’t seem to get on board with kitten and bow adorned jumpsuits either.  Stripes on the other hand?  I’m all over them.  Or, more accurately, they’re all over me.

I picked up a couple of pairs of shorts too and a maxi dress that was made for someone a foot shorter than me – I tried out the whole maxi to midi trick but the shape was all wrong.  Can’t win ‘em all!

And then there’s the beetle.  I have no excuses.  I just liked him.  And at the time I ordered there was an extra 50% off sale.  If you missed out then shame on you for not following me on Twitter!
