Stella and Dot trunk show

You know when you agree to go to something, then completely forget about it, then are kinda busy and wish you didn’t agree to go and then you get the guilts and go anyway even though it’s chucking it down with rain?  No?  Me either.  Definitely didn’t wish I wasn’t going to a ‘jewellery party’ on a dark, rainy Monday night.  Definitely didn’t think it’d be a glorified tupperware party.

Anyway, whatever I did think, I was wrong.

I am a total Stella & Dot convert.

A friend of a friend was hosting a trunk show in town so I headed in with the friend to be greeted by champagne (well, probably not but I’m no wine connoisseur), chocolates (I am a chocolate connoisseur) and a whole lotta really amazing jewellery.

I fell in love with the Renegade collection the way a 12 year old does with the Bieber.  I stalk its pictures on the internet, I imagine it on my arm and round my neck and sometimes I even think about it when I’m with the husband, especially if words like Christmas and presents are being thrown around.

Better than that you can host a party in your own home.  Invite round all your friends and family, get them drunk and convince them to buy enough hardware that you get rewarded with the jewels of your choice.  REALLY.  If you fancy it, you can contact Manuella, Glasgow’s Stella & Dot stylist, to arrange.  She’s very sweet and brings lots of pretties for you to try on (no Bieber though, sorry).

My favourites included the Pegasus necklace, Pyramid Double Wrap bracelets and the entire Renegade collection.  Dear Santa…

Love hearing that the UK is loving the line. Stylists in the US here are excited about the expansion. Get on the Stella & Dot train!
