The question often with student shows is one of wearability. This year though, backstage I was already excited to see Tommy Zhong’s suit come down the catwalk and it didn’t disappoint. The red and those wide nude pants were certainly something I’d be happy to invite into my closet.
Other favourites were Lauren Callaghan’s beautiful and perfectly placed prints and Lucy Wellwood’s knits; not just knits for knits-sake but well considered pieces. There were plenty of wonderful details throughout (all my picks are below) and not least the incredible hair and makeup.
