Polargram

You guys probably already know I’m a bit of an Instagram addict but recently I started thinking about all those great shots that wind up a fleeting moment in cyberspace, the cutest shots of my boy that race lower and lower down the feed until, one day, they are forgotten.

So I found Polargram.  Now I’m sure there are other companies turning Instagrams into polaroids, and it’s worth mentioning that this post is in no way sponsored, but I found them to be reasonably cheap (£7 for 24 inc. delivery) and the quality is decent.  Such a sweet thing to litter your coffee table with or fill stockings with or even send as photo notelets to friends and loved ones.  MrK was less impressed as you will gather from his expression in the first shot – he displayed his distaste at being a prop by piercing my absolute favourite polaroid with his giant doggy toenail.  Thanks.  Good excuse to order more perhaps?

That’s totally the thing with digital photos you don’t really ever print them out … Remember the excitement getting your photos developed!! Am showing my age!! Nice to have them printed out šŸ™‚ x

Oh how funny ! I have been looking into these websites for months now, for creative gifts with Xmas coming. I found Prinstagram and fell in ove with their Calendar ! Gonna give Polargram a look though, as the final price is a big plus !!

I’ve always preferred viewing prints. Also, it’s easier to show favorite prints to people than it is to hand them my phone/camera, etc. Call me “old-fashioned”! Thanks for the Polargram alert!

I’m guessing that many more people prefer prints, but are hesitant to admit it.
