Lounging

Since organising my studio come closet over the holidays I’ve been inclined to spend a lot more time in there.  When I say organising that probably doesn’t really cover it to be honest… you know that cupboard Monica has in Friends?  Yeah?  Imagine that cupboard were a room.  That’s pretty close to what was going on here.  Now I’ve flipped the other way and obsessively fold my clothes around A4 paper – I’m that girl.

I’ve also completely fallen for my little Apple iPad mini – snuggled on the sofa in my robe blog browsing and, erm, shopping shopping shopping.   She fits in my mitts perfectly and makes my stroll around the shops altogether easier.  Because, truth be told, I don’t love shopping.  Argh, the shock, I know that’s a little odd for a fashion blogger.  I love to shop, just not to trudge round the shops battling through the crowds before finally reaching for the last coat in my size 20 seconds behind the pro shopper always a step ahead of me.  So, you see, shopping with the mini is a joy for me; slick clicking, clean lines, easy screen grabs and social sharing for second opinions.  Just the way I like it.  Already in the virtual basket are these babies on Net-A-Porter (hey, they were 80% off – sorry I’m not sorry) and this classic from Hobbs (she’s already had some airtime – predicting the return of the ladylike waist).  Have you scored any major sale bargains?  Do share!
