Happy Monday everyone! I had the most relaxing weekend up North with my boys, walking, eating and sleeeeeping. It was awesome.
Anyway, about this look… I remember the days when I believed leopard was, and only should be, for Christina Aguilera in the tacky days. Seems I might as well eat my words cause I’m loving it. I think the rule for me is sticking to quality fabrics (no lycra or pleather thank you). Pairing the leopard accents with a black polyester bodycon would also be an error in my book; ripped up denim and slouchy layers for the win.
On a side note, if you can capture your hair doing this (see next image) in any photo that doesn’t involve a Van de Graaf Generator then you are very special too. We should be friends.

I love leopard print but I agree – no pleather or lycra. I like it with the ripped denim – nice mix of smart casual. Your Gap sweater – is yours very fluffy? I have one that looks very similar to yours and mine seems to leave a layer of fluff on everything!
Yep, exactly, fuzz EVERYWHERE. Confession – the husband once hoovered my jacket right before a shoot (with me in it) because I’d been wearing it with this jumper…
Yes, this is so me… Everytime I see leopard print I go to buy it, although 18 months ago I was a ‘leopard print snob’!!! How times change :/
We’re all being suckered in…
Love the leopard print boots and clutch together with the knit and jeans!
Looks really windy too, I got a giggle out of your hair comment! 🙂

thanks so much sarah – I’m so pleased you like it and my boy MrK.x
Nothing better than a leopard bag, shoe, or scarf. It took me a long time to try it though. Now I’m a convert, and I just bought my first leopard coat. Of course, I wear jeans with it most of the time, and I’m not as brave as you to wear more than one at a time.
