Welcome to the only complete bit of our of home – the garden.
Take a little tour with me around the patios, up and down the steps, through the textures and the planting. There are zones, there are perfectly imperfect slabs (with a weathered look that are actually new), there are blue and white stripes in the form of the tiles everyone told me not to do but which I wholeheartedly love (my video about them even went viral).
If you take a look at the moodboard, I think you can see that it came together pretty much as I planned… except… maybe even better? It might not be huge and, honestly, it’s pretty much surrounded by other houses BUT it just feels like such a little, private escape and I know through the years the planting will only get bigger and better (though, to be fair, the annabelles really put on a show for their first year).
In short, I could not love it more. Take a look around…
