Changing seasons

This two piece turned out to be the autumn go to I am so glad I pulled the trigger on.  Sezane is not a quick fashion fix but the quality is always top notch (and they’re B Corp Certified which we love) and I pondered over this one for a couple of weeks before I took the plunge and invested.  Zero regrets.  I have worn the skirt, with tights out for dinner, and the top, with jeans, many a time now as well as the two pieces together – the fabric lies somewhere between a blouse and a knit, almost like a wooly felt, so just perfect for the time of year (which has been remarkably mild).

I am savouring the last of the garden with all the leaves set alight by these gorgeous sunny days we’ve been treated to and really leaning into autumn in my interiors as well.  I suppose now the final al fresco days are upon us I better get on with finishing off some jobs inside…

Next on the list – the built in sofa for the conversation pit.
