Didn’t you know Thursdays are the new Fridays? No. just me? Problem with working most weekends is you have to do date night mid-week. Not really a huge problem for us as we have so many great eateries and bars virtually on our door-step (in the bubble).
We busted out the Tastecard again for a delicious meal at Bukharah, the restaurant in the revamped Lorne Hotel on Argyle Street. It wasn’t our first time, not even close. We love it here. Billed as healthy Indian cuisine and with a chef who’s always willing to accommodate my vampire-like garlic allergy, it makes sense to keep coming back.
I’ll let the pictures do the talking about the decor and atmosphere and if you ever make it over please try the black and white daiquiri from the excellent adjoining Bilberry cocktail bar and the lamb ginger bhuna is to die for (what a funny saying – shouldn’t it be ‘to kill for’?).
I wore this outfit with the addition of a Next leather jacket.
