Here’s my favourite holiday cocktail, invented, muddled and strenuously taste tested originally in the South of France 3 years ago. It worked just as well in Majorca.
Fill glass with ice.
Pour in a generous measure of Bombay Sapphire gin.
Add 2/3 Schweppes soda water.
Top up remaining 1/3 with Pago strawberry juice.
Squeeze in juice of lemon and/or lime to tase.
Garnish with lemon slice.
