Sometimes Scotland can be quite surprising; with palm trees and sunshine (we’ll keep quiet about it being 10 degrees) sometimes Scotland just knocks your socks off and really makes you feel there’s no place like home.
Know what else was surprising? Turns out 1 year olds prefer to eat wellies than wear them. Whatever tickles your fancy I suppose!
The husband couldn’t resist some mild child mockery for comedy value and gave little J a shot of his aviators – he does look good in them though don’t you think? He really didn’t stand a chance, even Mr K has sported the aviators on past occasion…
And what was most surprising of all was that little J, who couldn’t even sit up on his own the last time we saw him, is walking (with hand holding) and feeling quite pleased with himself judging by the look on his face!
Have you guys ever been to the North of Scotland?
aaah it looks lovely!
I am still dreaming of being back up there!x
